5.BOOKS ARE RENEWED AS PER THE NEEDS OF STUDENTS ONLY ONE TIMES.

 

LIBRARY AUTOMATION:

1.E-GRANTHALAYA VERSION 3.0 IS USED FOR AUTOMATING THE LIBRARY INHOUSE OPERATIONS.

2.BAR-CODE PRINTER AND BAR CODE SCANNER ARE USED.

3.ISSUE OF BOOKS TO THE STUDENTS & STAFF ARE AUTOMATED.

4.DATA ENTRY AND BAR CODING OF NEWLY PURCHED BOOKS ARE DONE REGULARLY.

READER’S CLUB:

READERS’ CLUB WAS INAUGURATED ON 8TH JULY 2016

ABOUT 75 STUDENTS FROM CLASS VI-XII HAD ENROLLED AS MEMBERS.

THE CLUB MEETS TWICE A MONTHS DURING C C A  PERIOD

DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED DURING THIS MEETINGS.

 

FUTURE PLAN:

FIVE COMPUTER WITH NET FACILITIES SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN LIBRARY.

MAKING OPAC AVAILABLE IN THE LIBRARY ENVIRONMENT.
